Welcome! I am accepting new patients! The past few years have been very difficult for all of us. The anxiety, fear and worry can be overwhelming. I am here to help. I provide a caring and empathetic relationship with you. I will support you in creating goals and increase self-esteem. We will work together to identify and achieve goals while exploring any obstacles that may occur. I will partner with you to offer personalized care that addresses your needs and helps you find the right path forward.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I work with clients/couples who may be struggling with depression, anxiety or trauma-related relationships with family/friends/peers. During initial sessions we will explore the issues, process how this has impacted your daily functioning and create goals for a better tomorrow. Most of my client see a gradual improvement of symptoms within the first three months of treatment. Let's get start today!

I utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to explore your thoughts and feelings as well as learn coping skills. I have 15 years of experience working with adults, couples/partners/spouses and children seeking help with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, infertility/IVF, women’s issues, relationship/martial issues, life transitions, foster care and adoption and addiction.
