I have over 30 years of experience serving adults, young adults and teens in various mental health settings. Because of my experience, I have learned a one treatment approach doesn't always meet every client's needs. I adapt my approach based on my client's unique needs, treatment goals and their motivation. I received my Masters from Indiana University and am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker. I am also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is focused on getting to know some of your history, exploring your thoughts and identifying your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe that my clients are the agents of change and this allows for open communication and focusing on your strengths and capacities.
