During the first appointment, a detailed history is obtained, allowing for insight into the client's unique experiences and challenges. Goals may be identified, and potential interventions may be explored. The initial session lays the groundwork for a tailored journey towards mental health and wellness.

My greatest strengths include my ability to understand and empathize with the client's feelings and experiences. I communicate complex information effectively. As a result of my experience, I can offer a range of suggestions and information to address various mental health concerns.
