Welcome, Tiffany here! I appreciate you considering therapy and visiting my page. I understand life can get heavy, but you don't have to do it alone. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and I've been practicing since 2018. I'm also a certified rehabilitation counselor and I serve those in transition of careers and educational goals. I primarily serve ages 12 into adulthood. I tailor my approach to all ages and provide support based on their needs. I take a holistic approach with the hopes of connecting you with your goals, learning to break patterns and habits that no longer serve you, and to increase your daily feelings of happiness.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will address your concerns about safety, challenges, and the therapy process. We will dive into specific challenges and goals you want to work on. You will have control over the direction we go in therapy. Together we will create your treatment plan to guide your progress.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I’m a culturally competent psychotherapist who embraces all the cultures that make me who I am. I understand the emotions behind being labeled “a mad black woman” while others are seen as assertive and vocal. My approach is centered on meeting my clients where they are emotionally. I create a warm safe space for them to feel empowered and understood.

Culturally sensitive theories and treatments acknowledge the importance of understanding an your cultural identity, including race, ethnicity, religion, language, and socioeconomic status. Racial trauma treatment
