Hi, my name is Michael. I'm here to listen, support and work collaboratively with you on your therapeutic journey. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression or feeling overwhelmed with everyday life stressors I am here to assist you. Whether you're dealing with past emotional struggles or just not feeling like yourself, I am here for you. If you're looking for a safe non-judgmental space to talk to a skilled therapist, you've already taken the first step. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and New York. I have spent my career thus far working in mental health housing, where I have gained experience working with clients with serious and persistent mental illnesses. I have been practicing since 2018 and have been in private practice since 2021. Therapy is a journey and you are not alone in this. I understand that taking the first step can be a difficult one. Allow me to utilize my experience in assisting you to get through these difficult times and support you throughout your journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

From day one, I strive to create a comfortable environment in which my clients can feel at ease. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a clinician I am supportive, empathic, patient and direct when needed to effectively challenge your thought process. I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
