Together, we will discuss what brings them to therapy and what they hope to achieve. I will provide information about my approach to therapy and answer any questions they may have about the process. By the end of the session, clients can expect to have a clearer understanding of how we can work together to address their needs and begin developing a plan for moving forward in therapy.
