Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California and have been practicing for 7 years. I graduated from Hope International University in 2018 with my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I believe our therapeutic journey is a path to be walked on with a healing partner. I work with organic and eclectic therapeutic methods specifically tailored to meet your goals. I consider it a privilege to be given entrance into the lives and hearts of my clients.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with individuals with Complex PTSD, substance use disorders, and trauma over the past 7 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to tangible and measurable progress.

My treatment methods

Trauma-Focused CBT

I've been using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice for the past 8 years. It's helps many clients challenge recurring thoughts and manage their anxiety and Trauma Recovery. We will use tools to help recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all directly related to one another. We can then use that knowledge to re-establish healthier thinking patterns to help reduce anxiety and trauma triggers.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT treatment and work with what works best for my clients.

EMDR

I work with EMDR treatment for clients struggling with CPTSD, PTSD, and trauma.
