I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Integrated Family Systems to help you on your journey to healing. Whether you're dealing with cycles of anxiety and depression, eating disorders, addictions, or the lingering effects of trauma, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you're making a courageous choice toward wholeness. This will be a safe space to heal and grow. During our first session, we will spend some time getting to know each other. We will discuss treatment goals and therapy modalities. My goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.

I believe my biggest strength is my ability to connect with people. I am easy to talk to and I am passionate about helping people find healing. I am confident that you will look forward to our sessions, and leave feeling a little more empowered, a little less alone, and on your way to wholeness.

I like to work with clients who struggle with eating disorders, addiction, depression, anxiety and trauma. I also offer faith-based, Biblical counseling for those who are interested.

Brainspotting
