Hello sweet souls! My name is Jaitesha Hanson, but I go by Tesh. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. Combining ACT, CBT, and art therapy,I have developed a holistic and flexible therapeutic approach tailored to individual client needs. For example, you might start a session with a mindfulness exercise from ACT to center a client, use CBT techniques to address specific negative thought patterns, and then incorporate an art therapy activity to further explore and process emotions. This integrative method has allowed me to address clients’ issues on multiple levels—cognitive, emotional, and experiential—leading to comprehensive and effective treatment outcomes. I also incorporate spirituality and tarot for those who are open to having those tools during the session.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session there will be a lot of questions and we will complete your biopsychosocial. The second session will be an actual session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider is the ability to meet my clients where they are at through intuition, empathy, compassion, and spirituality. Through my funny banter and expertise in therapeutic approaches therapy will never have you walking away feeling less than.
