In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. If the client needs time to warm-up to the sessions, we can take the first two sessions to build- rapport and create a plan that you feel comfortable with.
Having been a survivor of trauma and experiencing a wide range of things early on in my career, I have first hand knowledge to help identify the root causes of your challenges and can help find several solutions that are tailored to your individual needs and preference. My greatest strength is meeting the client where they are. No topic is to hard for me and I pride myself in being culturally and individually sensitive to each client.
I help clients explore various techniques such as Journaling, relaxation, meditation, role playing, cognitive restructuring and guided discovery to help clients achieve their goals.
I use techniques of noting judgments, recognizing thoughts, mindful communication and guided meditation.
I help clients explore various techniques such as Journaling, relaxation, meditation, role playing, cognitive restructuring and guided discovery to help clients achieve their goals. I also use role playing.
I help clients by creating therapeutic alliance to alleviate symptoms, improve self-esteem, restore relation to reality, regulate impulses and negative thinking, and reinforce the ability to cope with life stressors and challenges.
I help my clients by using a strength-based approach to psychotherapy that focuses on solution-building rather than problem-solving. Unlike other forms of psychotherapy that analyze present problems and past causes,I try to concentrate concentrates on current circumstances and future hopes.
