I have a passion for helping individuals who have been wounded physically, emotionally and spiritually to become whole and restored. During my professional career I have worked with individuals of all ages who suffer from traumatic experiences, mood disorders, chronic illness, grief and loss, crisis intervention and a host of other issues. I am a certified premarital/marital counseling facilitator with PREPARE/ENRICH. I believe in the mind, body, spirit approach and finding balance in those areas. I work with individuals to find balance in life and to become more whole through exploring the various areas of their lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial session, we'll begin with introductions and then delve into the specific difficulties you're encountering. This will enable me to develop a personalized plan that we can address in subsequent sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a compassionate individual deeply committed to meeting the needs of others. I cultivate a non-judgmental and inclusive environment where clients can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of criticism or rejection. Flexibility is a cornerstone of my approach—I adapt therapeutic techniques and interventions to best serve each client's unique needs and preferences. With emotional resilience and self-awareness, I effectively manage my own emotions and maintain professional composure even in challenging or intense situations. Collaborating closely with clients, I assist in identifying goals, navigating challenges, and developing strategies for personal growth and healing, empowering clients to actively engage in their therapeutic journey.
