Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the initial session, I establish a sense of comfort, ease, and a feeling of safety for my patients so I may get to know them and their "story" is. I want to hear the patient's main struggles and encourage them to engage in healthy habits for self care ie. exercise, meditation, journaling

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Mary focuses on helping patients proactively heal from their mental health challenges by assigning therapeutic exercises between sessions. She encourages the development of healthy and resilient coping skills to navigate the stress and challenges of each patient’s life journey. If you’re ready, schedule a session with Mary today.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have worked with many patients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and ages. I have helped adults, older adults, adolescents, and children 10 & up. My ideal clients are motivated to attend therapy to work on themselves and improve their lives.
