I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in the Southern California region. I have been in the mental health field for over two decades and have had the honor of working with adolescents, families, parenting individuals, and couples. Having worked in the field for the past two decades, I am able to work with you to determine the root of the challenges you are facing, develop a treatment plan and measurable goals that you feel are appropriate and achievable for you, and side by side you along the way.

I enjoy working with people who are eager to work through the issues they have in the present to build towards an improved future. Being solution focused, I like to tackle things head on with my clients, providing support and guidance to find the best outcome and solution for them.
