I'm a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I received my Doctorate in Nurse Practitioner/PMHNP in 2022 from the University of San Francisco and have been practicing for over 2 years. My sole focus is on helping individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, Bipolar, and Schizophrenia disorders. My goal is to provide patient-centered care and approach mental health with empathy and consider my clients overall wellbeing and emotional state.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will begin with brief introduction, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me develop an individualize treatment plan to work through in follow-up sessions. This will allow me to adjust or make changes to the treatment plan if necessary. My treatment plans are based on holistic and patient-centered approach. I believe that providing high-quality care and health restoration are the sole focus of my practice.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Over the past three years of providing mental health services, I've been practicing in crisis interventions and stabilization. I believe that as a mental health provider, treating and promoting mental health is pivotal to individuals suffering from a mental health condition this would help them learned and understand their diagnoses and management of their condition. I am able to manage a wide array of mental health conditions that affect many families. Mental health conditions can create tension, uncertainty, stress and sometimes significant changes in how people live their lives.
