What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Sessions last approximately 55 minutes. In our first session we will focus on YOU. I will gather information about you and your life experiences; and what led you to seek therapy, TODAY. Toward the end of the session, we will work together to identify what your goals are and how we can work, as a team, to get there.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I genuinely want to hear your life story. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, and I listen without judgment. I want to support you in discovering yourself, your strengths, and working together to develop a path forward.

We will talk about your goals and expectations. You can use this safe space to verbalize your thoughts and feelings without judgement; and to explore patterns of interpersonal interaction. as well as patterns and Intrapersonal management style. We will identify the stressors that exacerbate your symptoms and then we will collaborate on a treatment plan that will be tailored to specifically support the way you need improve your emotional wellbeing.
