Hey there! My name is Katie Noll, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been practicing for almost 10 years. I know therapy can be scary, so I try to create a safe and positive environment for all of my clients. My therapeutic style is empathetic, energetic, relatable, approachable, and passionate. I love working with clients who truly want to feel better by implementing lifestyle changes and behavioral changes. Change is scary, but I'm here to navigate it with you every step of the way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will complete an Intake Evaluation that gives me information as to why you reached out, history of mental health concerns, family of origin and family dynamics, etc. while getting to know more about my therapeutic style in the process. After our Intake Evaluation is complete, we can collaborate together to help you feel better!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, you will always feel like I am on your side. I want therapy to be a place of safety, comfort, and healing. Clients have considered me to be a cheerleader for them, a place of safety, and one who does not shy away to lovingly point out blind spots to aid in personal growth. Therapy also can also have this stereotype where the provider just listens and does not offer feedback... That's not my style. Working with me feels very conversational in nature.
