New to Grow
My journey as a Marriage & Family Therapist began with a curiosity about human relationships, how trauma impacts human cognition and interpersonal connections, and healing relationships impacted by infidelity. I’m driven by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and resilience toward lasting change. Like many therapists, I work with a variety of people, from all walks of life, who struggle with a variety of issues, from depression and anxiety, to family conflict and relational challenges.
Your first session with me is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. I will move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout the entire process of goal planning and preparing for treatment.
My communication style is honest, open and collaborative. I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment that helps you to feel confident in what you're sharing, with a practitioner who understands what you're going through and helps you to reflect on your experiences and gain readiness for change.
I mainly work with adult individuals, couples, and families seeking lasting change in their relationships, who want to heal from crisis, abuse, mental health challenges, family conflict or trauma. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a personalized treatment plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable.
