Hello, I am a Certified Registered Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (CMNHP). I obtained my master's degree at Walden University with specialty in Mental Health, i have been practicing for 3 years. I worked with children, Adolescent, Young adult and Elderly with mental health challenges ranges from ADHD, Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, schizophrenia, Bipolar, Insomnia, Bulimia... by providing adequate assessment and proper diagnosing of their symptoms, provision of counselling and medication management to maintain adequate livelihood functioning. I maintain the highest level of professionalism while providing care. i communicate effectively by being an effective listener and treat others with compassion and respect no matter their cultural background or beliefs.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, introduction of client and provider is very important, this will allow the provider to establish provider-Client relationship. I will allow the client to explain how i can be of assistance towards their care. I will re-assure my client on provision of optimal care with the utmost respect to all patients regardless of their ethnicity, socioeconomic strata or sexuality.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, the strengths I possessed were perseverance, patience, and compassion. Also, my Supervisors and co-workers described me as hardworking, great team player and a good listener. I found strength in assessment of my clients and arriving at diagnosis to manage their symptoms without prejudice.
