Hello, Do you struggle and feel sad, anxious, inability to do things you used to do? Do you feel irritable?, Do you just want to stay in bed all day? Do you feel that your day is full of fog? Do you always second guessing yourself? Do you feel that your focus is off and you cannot complete the tasks that you have started? These are some of the symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar I/II, ADHD, or PTSD. You have come to the right place. We use today's technology and new medications to help patients with their symptoms. I am a good listener, and I will work with you to find the appropriate care plan that is tailored to your symptoms. I respect your time, so you do not have to wait in the lobby for over 10 minutes to see a clinician. With our Telemedicine or office visit you can be seen at your own convenient time, early in the morning, or late in the evening. The clinic opens on Saturdays and Sundays to assist client who cannot make appointment during working hours.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with the brief introduction and I will get to know you and understand you as my client. You will also have the opportunity to know me as your clinician. Together, we are going to review your health assessment, just like when you go to your doctor for an annual exam. This one is hands off. We are going to talk about your background, what is bothering you the most, what help did you get in the past, what did work and did not work for you. Then, together we are going to put everything together from the history, to formulate the diagnosis, plan of care, and therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

You as a client will be empowered to take the lead on your care, I am a good listener, compassionate, and an educator. My background as a patient advocate and a registered nurse makes me unique. I believe in an individualized care plan to achieve the best results. You will not be treated like you are just another patient, you will be treated like you are the only patient!
