Hi! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts. I work with adults, with a special focus on young adults, women, and LGBTQ+ clients. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, or major life changes, I offer a supportive and collaborative space to help you feel more grounded, build self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll start with introductions and I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore your current challenges, goals, and what you hope to get from our work together. This helps me understand your unique needs and begin creating a personalized plan to support your growth and healing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a provider include my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. I am skilled at collaborating with clients to explore their experiences, identify patterns, and develop practical coping strategies. My person-centered approach helps clients build self-awareness, confidence, and lasting change at their own pace.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults who are trying to find their footing in the world, especially young adults navigating transitions in work, relationships, and identity. My clients are often thoughtful, self-aware, and ready for change, but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure where to begin. They want to feel more confident, set boundaries, and build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I use a person-centered approach to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, accepted, and supported. This method emphasizes the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth, and I work collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences at their own pace. By honoring each person’s unique perspective, I help them build self-awareness, self-trust, and lasting change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and problematic behaviors. In our work together, we explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, and develop practical strategies to manage challenges. CBT allows clients to build healthier coping skills and create meaningful, lasting change.

Psychodynamic

I integrate psychodynamic therapy by helping clients explore how their past relationships and experiences influence current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By gaining insight into unconscious patterns and internal conflicts, clients can better understand themselves and break free from cycles that no longer serve them. This deeper awareness supports lasting emotional growth and healing.

Relational

In my practice, I use relational therapy to emphasize the importance of connection both within the therapeutic relationship and in clients’ lives outside of therapy. I view our relationship as a space to model healthy communication, trust, and emotional attunement. By exploring relational patterns, clients can develop deeper self-awareness and create more fulfilling, authentic connections.

Strength-Based

I use a strengths-based approach to help clients recognize and build on their existing abilities, resilience, and inner resources. Rather than focusing solely on problems, we highlight what’s already working and use that as a foundation for growth. This approach empowers clients to move forward with confidence and a renewed sense of possibility.
