Welcome! My name is Rachael Hacke. I am a dual board-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner that utilizes medication management and therapeutic interventions to foster improved outcomes. You have taken the first step in self-care. Take a moment to recognize how important that is for yourself, not only for addressing your past life stressors and traumas, but also for focusing on how to better yourself in the present day. In my practice with patients, I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment to work on anxiety, depression, and self-care to improve healing and quality of life.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During our first session, we will start with getting to know each other. The process of working on healing yourself is going to take time. We will go over all relevant medical and psychiatric history, identify things that did work or did not work in the past, and start working towards development of mutual therapeutic goals that we both can work on together over time.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
As a provider, I strive to put the patient first. You are the priority! I have extensive medical and psychiatric training which helps to address more than just one piece of the puzzle. When it comes to healing, there are multiple layers that need to be addressed, and as a provider, I seek to help navigate that journey with you.
