I am a passionate and dedicated therapist that loves to help client's create the life they dream of living. I am skilled at helping clients notice the patterns in their life that are contributing to the burnout or stress they are experiencing. I work with clients to develop healthy habits and a strong mindset that will help them heal from what they are experiencing. Clients will develop a stronger relationship with themselves and will learn more about who they truly are and what they want in life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients will learn more about who they are when working with me and will develop the confidence and build the skills to create the life they have dreamed of. Clients can expect to reduce burnout and have more time for the things they truly enjoy in life. Clients will improve their relationships with themselves and others. Clients will learn how their current behaviors and patterns have led them to their current reality and will work to develop healthy habits and a strong mindset.

I am special because I am passionate, supportive, and knowledgeable. I create an authentic healing environment for clients to be their true selves without judgement. I am skilled at inspiring clients to be the best versions of themselves. I am also skilled at equipping clients with the right way to think about things and the strength to take action on their goals and dreams. I listen to what the client really wants and I am skilled at being able to identify the clients internal needs and challenges to produce amazing results.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In session we will learn how to regulate emotions, develop mindfulness skills, learn strategies for managing distress, and incorporate personal growth and self love.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In session we will learn how our thoughts influence our emotions and behaviors. We will learn about the connection between these three and how to become more aware of the role each plays in our life.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

In session we will incorporate mindfulness practices learning how awareness is at the center of change. We will practice mindfulness skills and relate it to personal history and experiences.
