I work with clients to reduce self-criticism, challenge negative thinking patterns, and rebuild confidence—especially for those navigating academic challenges, including repeated exam attempts. I am fluent in Haitian-Creole as a second language.

Having worked with many individuals for the several years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping individuals identify and process the cause of their challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to progress they can see and measure. My therapeutic style is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in practical strategies for managing stress, reframing unhelpful thoughts, and setting meaningful goals. I help clients explore the barriers that keep them feeling stuck and guide them toward greater emotional resilience and self-compassion.
