Hello! I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida and have been practicing for 5 years. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and their families. I used a strength-based approach with my clients, helping them realize their strengths and potential.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with introductions and getting to know each other! We will also dive into the specific challenges that you are facing and review your intake paperwork & follow-up questions. We will talk about your goals and expectations for therapy. Making the first step to see a therapist is sometimes a big AND difficult decision. My goal in our first session is to get to know you and lay a good foundation for future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Being a teenager (or pre-teen/young adult) is HARD! I love being a safe space for my clients to vent, problem-solve & become more confident in who they are!

Strength-Based

When we use our signature strengths, we feel most like ‘us’; we are energized and experience a profound sense of fulfillment in what we are doing (King, 2016). I strongly believe that each person has their own set of unique strengths as an individual. Sometimes, due to our blind spots, we do not see the strength that we possess. My goal is to help all of my clients focus on their strengths and learn how to utilize them to achieve success in their lives.
