Hi, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California and Arizona. I have over 16 years experience as a therapist. I find the most important to thing I do in therapy is allow you to be yourself and trust that our journey of healing begins together. While working with me, you'll explore how to change a patterns of thinking and behavior, set boundaries, overcome difficult relationships, work through losses, and build self-esteem. Therapy is set at your pace and strives to make you to find a new sense of control.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll start with introductions and then unfold your past history. We use that history to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. During therapeutic processes, we explore together the root of the problem impacting your life. I am here to partner with you to work through each issue that is impacting your growth.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have the ability to make each client feel very comfortable in the sessions. I embrace everyone's story and help them to realize they can create another one. We all have patterns from our childhood, that can be examined and change to fit who you are today. I am very creative and I enjoy the challenge of problem solving and find new solutions to every common issue.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

Eclectic therapy draws on many theoretical approaches. It allows me use the most effective methods to address each individuals needs. I tailor the treatment plan to the many multiple facets of each client.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I draw on many aspects of CBT in my practice. I especially help clients become more aware of negative thinking so they can restructure their thoughts and respond to them in a more effective way. I also teach people that it is possible to have more control over your thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
