Are you struggling with a life change? Are you feeling stuck and needing a helping hand to move things forward? As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW), I take pride in working with people towards wellness. As life challenges can contribute to anxiety and depression, you need to know that you are not alone. Emotional wellness is a part of everyone's life, and we all may benefit from help from time to time.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I will listen to you unpack why you seek change while sharing how my approach and background might help you achieve your goals. This will help lay the foundation for our work together to create a plan for relief and wellness.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Providers can only truly help by having an ongoing desire to understand the people they serve. My biggest strengths are listening with an open mind and focusing on the whole person rather than the parts the client seeks to change. I provide non-judgemental, trauma-informed, culturally affirming therapy. I am committed to helping others become the best versions of themselves. Together, we make change!
