There may be some preliminary intake questions that will need to be answered. During the first session, we will be rapport building, discussing reasons client is currently seeking therapy, and exploring what client would like to achieve from participating in therapy.
I like working from a strengths-based perspective. and providing a lot of encouragement while working with my client to accomplish their goals.
I am willing to work with any client who is willing to do the work to help change your situation or presenting issue that prompted them to seek therapy.
