Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific concerns and ensure that our collaborative approach will be the best level of care to meet your needs. This will help me create a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions if it is a good match. This is also where you would decide your commitment level and the number of sessions that will bring a desired level of wellness.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a seasoned professional for the past 20 years I run a practice filled with empathy and compassion that allows me to practice with firmness build insight and discipline so that you can identify tools that will guide and structure solid intervention in weekly sessions. I believe a) identifying the root cause of your challenges and (b) creating a collaborative plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am professional seeking to serve those persons in need often unaware of the value of therapy. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their symptoms and history which is where I step in to meet them where they are and build a treatment plan that helps them to reach recovery goals.
