Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. I received my master's Degree from The University of North Florida and have been practicing for 6 years. I help individuals unravel the overwhelming knots in the thread of life, to and become the best version of themselves. No problem is too big or small for us to collaborate and tackle.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, you will find a warm and welcoming environment. I will get to know you and you will get to know more about me. We will review your history and your current reason for coming to visit. We will assess your needs as well as complete any assessments needed while establishing rapport to develop primary goals. Before you leave me we will have established a report and set therapeutic expectations. Don’t worry, it's ok to be apprehensive! I'm happy you chose to meet with me.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. Together, we'll work towards achieving your goals and enhancing your mental wellness. As a therapist experienced in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, CPTSD and life transitions, I offer a supportive environment for healing and growth. With a focus on inclusivity and acceptance, I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve your goals.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

How we think about situations can affect the way we feel and behave. For example, if you interpret a situation negatively, you might experience negative emotions. And those bad feelings might lead you to behave in a certain way.

Adlerian

I build a trusting, collaborative relationship as I learn about the client's past and present challenges, including their family dynamics and thought patterns. I help my client understand how their past experiences have shaped their current issues and work together to develop new ways of thinking and behaving to help reach their goals.
