Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I received my Masters from Nova Southeastern University and have been in private practice for the past six years. I work both in person and through Telehealth. I work primarily with trauma survivors, college students under stress, and people in recovery from addictions. I help people heal so they can focus on creating a life they want.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session will focus on introductions, then begin discussing what brings you to therapy. I want to learn what your goals for therapy are and what questions and concerns you have working together to ensure you are confident in your decision for our work together. This will help me develop a custom plan for us to work on together to meet your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in both short term environments and longer term work I have effective strategies for rapid improvement in symptoms and use a creative, individualized approach to help.
