I’m a licensed mental health counselor who believes therapy should feel supportive, real, and human—not stiff or intimidating. I work with adults who are carrying a lot, whether that’s trauma from the past, anxiety that won’t shut off, depression, or just the feeling that life is heavier than it should be. My style is warm, straightforward, and collaborative. Clients often tell me sessions feel more like a meaningful conversation than “traditional therapy.”

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is about getting to know you—not putting you on the spot or forcing you to share everything at once. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what hasn’t been working so far. I’ll ask questions, but we’ll move at your pace. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and a little less alone than when you came in.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is creating a space where people feel safe enough to be honest—without fear of judgment. I help clients understand their emotions, patterns, and reactions in a way that feels validating and empowering. My approach is trauma-informed, practical, and collaborative, balancing emotional support with gentle guidance toward meaningful change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults who are open to self-reflection and want a therapist who feels relatable and genuine. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Some come in knowing exactly what they want to work on; others just know they’re tired of feeling this way. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are and walk alongside you, we may be a great fit.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

As a Therapist, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors. I guide them through structured exercises like cognitive restructuring and journaling to develop healthier coping strategies. This method has been effective in treating anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues by promoting self-awareness and lasting change.
