Hi, I am a bi-racial Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in California. I have been working in the field of mental health for 5 years. I support women, teenagers, and couples manage life stressors and challenges to improve their mental health and relationships. I provide an authentic, non-judgmental, and down-to-earth approach in sessions with my clients. In addition, I am LGBTQA+ allied and neuro-affirming.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, we will get to know one another and I will gather information on what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping to work on. We will work as a team to identify specific areas of focus for our work together.
