First session
In our first session, we will get to know one another and I will gather information on what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping to work on. We will work as a team to identify specific areas of focus for our work together.

I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking relief from struggles and pain. My clients may appear to be doing well on the outside, but find themselves increasingly challenged with depression, anxiety, and low motivation. Together, we can work to find more enjoyment in life, break intergenerational cycles, improve relationships, and have a better relationship with yourself.

I am EMDR trained and can offer this approach to clients who are wanting to address trauma-related issues.
Eclectic
I recognize everyone has unique individual needs and utilize a relational, eclectic approach when working with clients. I incorporate a combination of CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic-oriented approaches to support clients in addressing mental health concerns.
