Hi there, I'm Douglas, Do you feel pulled in a million directions, struggling with clarity, focus, and motivation? Maybe there are struggles in your relationships, work or health. Or, perhaps doubts about yourself, identity or sexuality. Uncertainties, anxieties, and burnout can weigh you down. When this happens it can feel as if you don't know who or what to turn toward. Let's see if we can fix that. I work with Adult LBGTQ professionals, those with ADHD and their allies, and those in alternative and kink relationships. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll move towards identifying and validating those stuck places and build action plans to resolve them. Together with a bit of mindfulness, hope, and trust in the process, you'll develop greater confidence in yourself. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. Therapy is a confidential place for you to do that. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with authenticity, kindness and respect. With my skills as LMFT and certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, we will use a variety of therapy tools and practices so you can overcome the concerns and habits holding you back. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will build rapport and get to know one another. From there we will explore your needs and goals and collaborate on a plan.

While I do have a variety of clients and work with a variety of people, my strengths are Cognitive, ADHD, Identity, Sexuality, and Gender, Introspective and Introverted Professionals. Note: I am not accepting couples on this platform.
