I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the state of California. I have 13 years of experience in the mental health field I work with a wide range of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, addiction, conflict, divorce, parenting issues, stress management and trauma. I am a graduate of California Lutheran University with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I am an interactive therapist who works from an integrative framework. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. In our first session we will go through introductions, begin collecting history. develop treatment goals, etc.
