I have been in practice for over 10 years and have worked in a variety of mental health fields. I focus on an individualized approach to therapy. I have been formally trained in Neuroscience, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and the Gottman Method, along with Ecotherapy. I believe in approaches that engage the whole person and work together to accomplish your goals.
