Dr. Brady is a board-certified family psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner certified to provide psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management for ages 18 and up. ***Accepts clients that live in either Pennsylvania or Florida Website: bradypsychiatryandwellness.org Initial Eval out of pocket cost is $225, Follow ups are $130 for 15 min and $165 for 30-45 min, Prices for therapy vary. Forms (FMLA, ESA, School, etc.)- $35 each She takes a holistic approach to caring for her clients with the goal of improving each individual's overall well being. Mental illness impacts many facets of one's life including relationships, work, school, sleep, appetite/nutrition, and physical health. Dr. Brady will do a comprehensive assessment to understand your quality of life and help you to regain and restore wellness. She is highly specialized in treating individuals with OCD. She worked for Rogers Behavioral Health for approx. 7 years treating adults and children/adolescents with OCD that required a higher level of care due to the severity of symptoms and impairment in their daily functioning. She is very familiar with treating common comorbidities of OCD including social anxiety disorder, tic disorders, and ADHD. She is also highly experienced in treating depression, mood disorders, and eating disorders. Dr. Brady earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013, as well as her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a specialization in psychiatric mental health nursing in 2021, at the University of Florida. Dr. Brady is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, and Neuroscience Education Institute.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session consists of performing a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and creation of a treatment plan including medication management.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

-Medication management -Diagnostic testing (blood work/imaging/genetic testing/etc.) -Evidence-based clinical assessments and progress monitoring -Collaboration with your other providers as needed -Communication with school to aid support with Individualized Education Plan and/or 504 plan -Referrals to specialists as needed

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Dr. Brady's niche is treating OCD and anxiety. She is trained in providing medication management, cognitive behavioral therapy, and exposure response and prevention therapy to aid in management of anxiety, obsessive thinking, and maladaptive/compulsive behaviors. She is passionate about using evidence-based integrative medicine modalities when applicable. This can range from recommendations for specific supplements to biofeedback to acupuncture. One of her biggest strengths is connecting with each individual and/or family to determine how to best meet their needs and create a step-by-step plan to achieve their wellness goals. She places the most emphasis on restoring her client's well-being/functioning and less on labels as she understands that people are much more than a diagnosis.
