I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in working with adults, children and families in all background and walks of life . In life we often face challenges that require help outside of ourselves. Problems like depression, anxiety, chronic illness, pre-marital issues, divorce, guardianship issues, grief and many other types of life transitions that are sometimes difficult to overcome without professional help. My mission is to help you move through these problems to promote overall wellness, balance and contentment.

I utilize CBT, DBT, Solution Focused and Mindfulness, I customize evidenced based treatments based with a client centered approach.
