Hi! I’m Tajha, Do you feel you have lost a sense of yourself and struggle to find yourself due to life throwing you many different challenges while still trying to show strength and be strong through it all. While these challenges can be difficult and exhausting, they begin to gradually impact your social, professional, and personal life. While in therapy the work won’t be easy it will be worth it as you learn skills, develop a healthier you, and heal from past wounds. My therapy style is empathic, compassionate, creative, and client centered, yet direct and straightforward. I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity. In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During the first session, we will start with a brief introduction, then complete a biological, psychological, and social history assessment along with discuss the specific challenges that brought you to therapy. We will develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs that we will work through as we work toward your goals in treatment.
