In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, we will start with a brief introduction, then complete a biological, psychological, and social history assessment along with discuss the specific challenges that brought you to therapy. We will develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs that we will work through as we work toward your goals in treatment.

I work with women, ages 18–50, who may appear successful on the outside but feel emotionally disconnected, stuck, or overwhelmed on the inside. I support individuals healing from trauma, navigating the aftermath of abusive or chaotic relationships, managing anxiety or depression, and rebuilding a sense of self. If you’re carrying shame, self-doubt, or relying on numbing behaviors to cope, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll create strategies to develop healthier coping skills, restore confidence, and reclaim your emotional well-being.
