Hi, My name is Rachel Clarke and I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who practices in the state of Florida via telehealth. I have been providing care to a variety of patients for over 15 years. I received my initial Nursing degree from Florida International University, and Masters degree from Walden University. My passion is to provide compassionate and quality mental health care for all patients across their lifespans.

Together with clients I hope to help them gain insight on themselves and their own goals and values and develop skills for improving relationships with the people around them.
