Hi! I'm a Psychologist based in North Carolina. I received my Doctorate in Psychology and Clinical Mental Health from Walden University and have been practicing for seven years. I enjoy working with adults who are curious about life challenges and ways to reduce anxiety, increase communication, and find balance in their lives. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, and positive psychology. I aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we will work on creating personalized strategies to help you reach your goals and live a more fulfilling life. At Grow Therapy, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. That's why we offer convenient online therapy sessions with licensed professionals like myself. Our platform allows flexible scheduling and easy communication through secure video calls or messaging. I understand the importance of finding a therapist who is the right fit for you. This is why I strive to create a collaborative and trusting relationship with my clients. We will work together to address any concerns or challenges

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and then discuss the specific challenges you're facing. I am easy to connect with and very flexible in my ability to bend and meet you where you are. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I am open to feedback and shifting style or needs to what best supports your journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with grieving families for the past 15 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. Grief can manifest in many ways, and it's important to understand that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Each individual's journey is unique, and my goal is to guide you through your grief in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you. In our therapy sessions, we will work together to explore your emotions and thoughts surrounding your loss. We'll discuss coping strategies and tools to help you navigate the difficult days ahead. I believe that healing from grief comes from within, but having a supportive therapist by your side can make all the difference. One of the key components of my approach is focusing on self-care. Grief can take a toll on both our mental and physical health, so it's crucial to prioritize self-care during
