I lead trauma survivors to recovery and teach them to turn their crushing traumas into spiritual gold. There is always a gift in suffering. We will work through the trauma and claim the gifts together. My approach is eclectic because all counseling modalities have something to offer. I use techniques from Dialectical and Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Based Approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and more. My approach includes theoretical underpinnings from Jungian Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I am specially trained in EMDR, play therapy, and Infant Mental Health. Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, or parenting, I am here to help. I know it is uncomfortable to be vulnerable and opening up can make you feel painfully exposed.
