Hi, I am a Board Certified bilingual Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in New York. I received my Masters from Molloy College. I have been practicing for over four years, serving clients of all ages as they navigate through the journey called life. My practice has been instrumental in helping many develop an understanding and acceptance of their mental health issues with the goal of becoming a healthier and best version of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My goal is to offer a safe space, develop rapport, trust, and build long lasting provider-patient relationships by equipping individuals with the tools and resources that can enhance their quality of life. I use a holistic approach in conjunction with evidence-based therapies, medications, psychoeducation and interventions to help manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a dependable, energetic, self-motivated, resourceful, kind, and empathetic mental health provider. A healthy patient–provider relationship fosters trust, communication, and client dignity, while maintaining clear and professional boundaries. I am genuinely interested in my clients’ life experiences. I implement and encourage collaborative decision-making to establish an open dialogue which acknowledges my clients’ belief system, culture, and upbringing. I take into consideration what is perceived to be important to their quality of life, well-being, recovery, social functioning and relational dynamics.
