PMHNP, 3 years of experience
I believe healing begins in attuned connection; to ourselves, to one another, and to the rhythms of life we’ve learned to suppress or survive. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and integration guide, my work is rooted in creating a safe, reflective space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with your own inner wisdom. My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and relational. Rather than rely on one rigid framework, I draw from a variety of clinical modalities, including somatic practices, psychopharmacology, depth psychology, and transpersonal inquiry... to meet you exactly where you are. I also bring years of experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, mood disorders, complex depression, anxiety, identity transitions, and psychedelic integration. Whether we’re exploring medication, breathwork, narrative healing, or nervous system regulation, my goal is to help you access sustainable tools that support your growth; not just symptom relief, but true self-connection. I see each session as a collaboration: a space to slow down, reflect honestly, and work toward healing that feels authentic and embodied. I’m especially passionate about working with individuals who feel deeply, think expansively, and long to feel at home in their own lives. Mental health isn’t the absence of struggle... it’s the presence of self-compassion, clarity, and the ability to return to center, again and again. If you're ready to explore healing on your own terms, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
A warm friendly conversation to identify intentions for our sessions.
As a patient-centered provider, I draw from a variety of treatment modalities to meet the unique needs of each individual, always grounded in a humanistic, trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, curiosity, and attuned connection. We will work collaboratively to explore which tools feel most helpful and supportive to you. My work often includes: Nervous system regulation and somatic techniques to promote safety and embodiment Medication management and psychopharmacology, when appropriate, to stabilize symptoms and create space for deeper healing Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and psychedelic integration, for those exploring expanded states of consciousness Mindfulness, breathwork, and present-moment awareness to support emotional regulation and clarity Reflective inquiry, inner child work, and transpersonal approaches to access deeper wisdom, creativity, and connection I believe the healing process is deeply impacted by the environment we live in. Together, we’ll identify ways to optimize your internal and external landscape; nurturing a felt sense of safety, comfort, and wholeness, both within and around you.
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to hold space that is both clinically sound and deeply human. I blend medical expertise with a grounded, intuitive presence; allowing clients to feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported. I take an integrative and trauma-informed approach that honors the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Whether we're exploring medication options, patterns shaped by early attachment, or ways to regulate the nervous system, I guide from a place of curiosity and compassion rather than rigid protocol. Clients often tell me they feel more connected to themselves in our work... not just “treated,” but truly seen and heard. I bring warmth, humor, and reflection to each session, along with an ever-expanding toolkit that draws from somatic therapies, depth psychology, holistic psychiatry, and psychedelic integration practices. My goal is always to help people return to their own inner knowing, build confidence, develop sustainable tools for growth, and create a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and self-led.
I work best with individuals who are deeply introspective, emotionally aware, and ready to explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion. Many of my clients come to me navigating trauma, burnout, mood instability, identity transitions, or a sense of disconnection from themselves and the world around them. You may feel stuck between being and becoming — seeking not just symptom relief, but a more rooted, integrated experience of life. My clients are often sensitive, self-aware, and open to both clinical insight and deeper, soulful healing. Ideal clients are not looking for quick fixes, but for sustainable tools, safe reflection, and an honest relationship with themselves. They may be curious about psychedelic integration, nervous system regulation, holistic mental health, or how to come home to their bodies after years of surviving. Together, we create a space that honors both science and soul; where healing is not linear, and where even the most difficult emotions are welcome.
