Hi! I'm Rachel, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Illinois. I have been practicing as a LCSW for the past 7 years. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session we will start with introductions, then talk more in detail about the specific challenges you're facing and what brings you to therapy. Within our first session I will strive to establish rapport with you, which I will continue to build throughout our time together. This will help me to develop a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Over the past five years I have had the opportunity to work with client's and develop a tool kit of tried and true skills and strategies to help manage symptoms and stresses, as well as use multiple approaches to create a truly tailored approach to best support you.
