As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 12 years of experience I understand that good health cannot exist without mental health. I employ experience, culture, and history of patients to facilitate healing. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree as well as Post Master in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse. I am dedicated and compassionate and I believe in providing high quality care to my clients. I am licensed in Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions. I will review your mental health, social, and medical history to develop an individualized treatment plan with you that includes identifying diagnoses, providing medication management and therapy recommendations, as well as overall wellness recommendations.
