Throughout my 5 years working with children, families and young adults I have go to skills and techniques to help you feel more comfortable with yourself, your abilities and increase your confidence at work, in school or within your relationships. I have worked with families in their homes, in an office and virtually. I am great at keeping children's attention, listening, challenging you to better yourself and using techniques that help you find answers for yourself from within. Our session will be a safe judgment free space for tears, growth and joy. I not only welcome but encourage members of LGBTQ+ family to reach out for a session.
