I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of California. I have experience in various settings and enjoy helping individuals in the beginning stages of their healing, specifically those dealing with stress, depression and anxiety as a result of life's challenges. I approach all clients and client situations in a non-judgmental and accepting manner. I am direct but still warm and empowering. I believe in moving at the client's pace. My goal is to empower each client to be an active participant in their healing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will start with brief introductions before diving into specific challenges you are facing and what brought you to therapy. This will assist in developing a tailored plan to work through in follow up sessions.

I am strong in short-term therapy. I specialize in assisting clients get through the initial difficulties of their situations by providing coping skills and support.
