David Brown

LMFT, 10 years of experience

I help individuals, couples, and families develop a balanced mindset that allows faster progress through challenges that foster a deeper understanding of self and others. I work collaboratively with my clients, nurturing curiosity and processing thoughts and feelings at their self-determined pace. For me, therapy is exceptionally helpful for uncovering our identity, healing past wounds, and fortifying our capacity to live more fully. With extensive experience in trauma work, I am deeply committed to teaching and especially motivated to support youth. Having spent much of my career assisting traumatized adolescents, I also serve as a diplomatic mediator and coach for couples and families.
