Hi there! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) based in Maryland. I received my Masters degree from Johns Hopkins University and have been practicing for 13 years. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families that may be struggling with emotional and/or behavioral concerns impacting daily living or just trying to navigate all of the changes that life may bring.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
