Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I have experience in trauma, self-esteem, depression, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder. I meet my members where they are. I support my members' emotional, physical and social well-being. It's humbling to choose a career that decreases suffering and improves quality of life. Being able to celebrate those moments when I see hope in the lives of others gives me a sense of fulfillment.

I understand how nervous it may feel taking this big step in treatment and I want to ensure you, you are not alone. We will work together to get you where you want to be. We will start by building trust between you and I.
